一、什么是电磁振动供料器

电磁振动供料器是自动加工与自动装配系统中的一种供料装置，其利用机械振动原理工作，具有上料较效率高、定向性能优良、结构简单、工作稳定可靠的特点，广泛应用于轻工、电子产品的自动加工、装配等机械上和粮食、食品的自动称重、包装上。

二、电磁振动供料器维修怎么样

1.开机检查

旋转供料器开机后,必须检查传动系统运行状,况运行时噪音应很小，无异常声音。联轴器、键应完好无损。

2.停机检修

打开上盖检查润滑油油质及油位，润滑钠应无杂质，不变质。检查减速器壳体有无破损、裂纹。检查转子有无破损。

3.减速机解体检修

拆下电机地脚螺栓,将电机与减速机分开。拆下蜗杆座螺栓，将支座取下。将两侧墙板螺栓拆下，取出墙板,取出转子。将墙板轴承取出。将蜗杆从支座上取出，取下轴承。用洗油（汽油）清洗涡轮、蜗杆、轴承，清洗涡轮室蜗杆支座。
